Believing there is a strong correlation between business and fitness is one thing but, actually taking the initiative to build a better business and feel motivated while doing so is another. It is a fact that fitness boosts brainpower, melts away stress, gives you energy and enhances performance in both your personal and professional life. I’m not saying that people who are overweight cannot be successful business professionals but, if you are looking for a more positive outlook in your life and business, I suggest you incorporate some type of physical activity.
Personally I use work outs that are easy to incorporate in my daily routine at the office. Since it’s hard for busy professionals to find time to work out, it’s important to learn exercises that can be done right at your desk. My trainer Matt Basso from Iron Lotus Personal Training has shown me some great ways to use my own body weight as a tool to work out. If there’s a will there’s a way.
So, don’t quit yourself or your business. It’s time to step away from your desk and try this workout. It will improve the quality of your health and the future of your business.

Sometimes it's more about staying flexible and mobile. Try my warm-up routine www.ironlotuspt.com/media/warm-ups , it's great for use before a workout, but it's also great as a "step away from your desk" routine because you won't get all sweaty.

Matt, I tried this in my office today just to shake off sitting all day, and it was great! Thanks for the tip, can't wait to use it before my next workout.
